3.) Ultra Express Same Day/Next Day (Not inDelivery (SMS Tracking):$15.00 SGD  WORKING DAYS ONLY (no same day on weekends)

    * Same day shipping for orders before 1:00 PM Singapore time.

     * Next day shipping for orders made after 1:00PM Singapore time.

     * orders made on Friday will be sent on Monday

Some countries have customs taxes and duties. BabeCave Swim has no control over that and is not responsible for any taxes that might occur as duty. We do recommend checking with your local postal services to see if this might apply to you. 

BabeCave is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed parcels. Parcels returned to BabeCave for any reason will be subject to a returned charge of courier cost and a re-sending fee.

When will my order ship?

We will take 1-3 business days (M-F) to process and pack the order. 

Once packed, we will ship out ASAP and email you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Once order has been shipped, we send out an email containing the courier information and tracking #.

I made a mistake! Can I change my order?

Please email us ASAP at babecaveswim@gmail.com. Once shipment has been shipped out, we unfortunately can't do anything other than treat it as an exchange. 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we don't do returns however we do offer exchanges and store credit!

We do not offer free shipping for your exchanges. It would be best to send it back through insured/trackable mail. BabeCave Swim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, BabeCave will gladly pay the packaging and postage costs for a replacement.

Please contact us ASAP if you need help figuring out your size. We will do our best to find the perfect one for you.

For Exchanges, please contact us within 7 days receiving your order. Email us at babecaveswim@gmail.com to issue an exchange.

- Please leave all tags on. We don't take back any suits without the original tags still on.

- Please have the suit in the condition it arrived in. That means no stains, unwashed and in zip bag

For on sale or coupon discounted items all sales are final, returns are accepted only if the item is received faulty.

My bikini hasn't been received....

Once shipment is out, refer to the email that has been sent out regarding the shipment details. Call the courier company and alert them of the issue. Please email us at babecaveswim@gmail.com if the issue is not being resolved with the courier company.
