1.) PICKUP @ Orchard MRT station :  FREE!

     We will send you an email regarding a pickup time slot if you have chosen the pickup option at checkout. Our delivery girl will only be meeting at Orchard MRT station Mon-Sat 10-8pm depending on availability. If you haven't received an email regarding pickup 2 business days after order, please send us an email at

2.) Qxpress Mail (With tracking) : $3.50 SGD

     1-4 Business Days

3.) Ultra Express Same Day/Next Day (Not inDelivery (SMS Tracking):$15.00 SGD  WORKING DAYS ONLY (no same day on weekends)

    * Same day shipping for orders before 1:00 PM Singapore time.

     * Next day shipping for orders made after 1:00PM Singapore time.

     * orders made on Friday will be sent on Monday

Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam:

1.) International Mail : $5 SGD

Some countries have customs taxes and duties. BabeCave Swim has no control over that and is not responsible for any taxes that might occur as duty. We do recommend checking with your local postal services to see if this might apply to you. 

BabeCave is not responsible for incorrect addresses, refused shipments, or unclaimed parcels. Parcels returned to BabeCave for any reason will be subject to a returned charge of courier cost and a re-sending fee.

When will my order ship?

We will take 1-3 business days (M-F) to process and pack the order. 

Once packed, we will ship out ASAP and email you the shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Once order has been shipped, we send out an email containing the courier information and tracking #.

I made a mistake! Can I change my order?

Please email us ASAP at Once shipment has been shipped out, we unfortunately can't do anything other than treat it as an exchange.
